  • What are the dates and times of the car shows?

    The Paddock Monterey - Friday, August 14th, 2026, 3:00PM - 8:00PM PST

    Concorso Italiano - Saturday, August 15th 2026, 10:00AM - 4:00PM PST

  • Where is the event?

    Bayonet Black Horse - 1 McClure Way, Seaside, CA 93955

  • How do I purchase tickets for the events?

    You can purchase tickets by clicking the “Tickets” in the navigation menu and selecting one of the options or by clicking the links below.

    Concorso Italiano Vehicle Registration

    If you are registering your vehicle, your purchase admits one driver and one passenger into the event. If you would like additional tickets, you will need to purchase them via the General Admission Tickets.

  • Can I purchase tickets at the gate?

    Yes, General Admission tickets will be available for purchase at the gate. Credit card or online purchase only.

  • Is parking included in my ticket?

    Yes, parking is included in the ticket price for The Paddock and Concorso Italiano.

  • Can I buy food & drinks at the event?

    Yes, we have several food options at our events.

    Food Trucks will be located around the event with different delicious cuisines to choose from (pricing varies per truck).

    Upgrade your General Admission ticket (here) or after selecting your vehicle registration, you can upgrade to VIP (here) and enjoy breakfast and lunch in our VIP Club.

    For the ultimate experience (Concorso Italiano only), purchase our Chairman’s Club (here) upgrade for a uniquely curated breakfast and lunch inside the golf course clubhouse, premium cocktails, wine and beer, private entertainment and exclusive gifts, all while enjoying the best view of our stage and event field.

  • What does my general admission ticket include?

    A general admission ticket includes, parking, entrance into the event and a collectable event book.

  • What does my VIP ticket include?

    A VIP ticket includes VIP parking, entrance to the event, continental breakfast, catered gourmet lunch in an exclusive lounge, a collectable event book and a special gift bag.

  • Do children have free admission?

    Yes, children ages 12 and under are admitted free to the event when accompanied by a paid adult.

  • Can I bring my pet to the event?

    No, but service animals are permitted.

DISPLAY VEHICLE INFORMATION

  • How do I register my vehicle for the car show?

    You can register your vehicle for the car show by clicking “Tickets” in the navigation menu and selecting one of the options or by clicking the links below.

  • What types of vehicles are eligible for entry?

    If you have questions on if your car is eligible for entry, please email us at info@internationalcarweek.com

  • Can I register my car the day of the event?

    Unfortunately, day-of car registrations are not accepted. Our field crew needs a final head count before the event.

  • Is parking included in my ticket?

    Your display car registration is valid for one car on the event field.

  • What time do display vehicles need to arrive for vehicle check-in? Do you take late car entrants?

    Display Vehicle owners are expected to arrive the day of the event from 6:00am to 9:00am. Late car entries will not be permitted.

    If your vehicle needs ingress assistance, we have early placement the evening before the event. Please find more information here (info coming soon).

    Display vehicle are not permitted to leave the event until after event end time.

  • Are there awards or trophies given to participants?

    At Concorso Italiano, every car registered has the opportunity to win 1st, 2nd or 3rd place in each marque, then each 1st place car is in the running for our Best of Show Award.

SPONSOR & VENDOR INFORMATION

  • How can I become a sponsor or vendor for the event?

    Please email us at info@internationalcarweek.com and someone from our sales team will reach out to you.

  • Is parking included in my ticket? Can people help me bring my stuff to my booth?

    Yes, parking is included in your ticket. Yes, we will have specific carts dedicated to shuttling our sponsors and vendors to their booth.

  • What promotional opportunities are available for sponsors?

    Please email us at info@internationalcarweek.com and someone from our sales team will reach out to you to discuss options that fit your interests.

  • Can I purchase more tickets for my staff?

    Yes, our sales director can provide you with a special access code to purchase more tickets for your staff.

VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

  • Can I volunteer for the event?

    Yes, please fill out our volunteer interest form on the “Volunteers“ tab of our website. Our volunteer coordinator will begin reaching out to volunteers in early March.

  • Can my organization volunteer?

    Yes, please fill out our group volunteer interest form on the “Volunteers'“ tab of our website. Our volunteer coordinator will begin reaching out to volunteers in early March.

  • What do I get in exchange for volunteering?

    Volunteers will get a volunteer t-shirt, continental breakfast or lunch, and GA access to the event you are volunteering for.
