PLEASE NOTE:
Your ticket with a QR code used for entry should have arrived by email after purchasing your ticket.
Please either PRINT your ticket or SAVE in on your mobile device for quick entry at the gate.
If you did not receive your emailed tickets, or have misplaced them, please email us at info@internationalcarweek.com.
FOR LOAD-IN: Please have your QR Code (Ticket) ready to be scanned; either a printed version or a digital version on your mobile device is acceptable.
FOR LOAD-OUT: Load-out begins at 8:00 PM. For the safety of all attendees, display vehicles will not be permitted to leave the main event display area before 8:00 PM.
If you registered for Concorso Italiano on Saturday and would like to keep your vehicle on the field overnight, please see “Dual Registration Information” on the following pages.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
THE PADDOCK VIP: If you purchased a VIP Upgrade, you will enjoy all-day access to The Paddock VIP with your VIP lanyard. Your VIP credentials will be available for pickup at the entrance of the golf course clubhouse. Your ticket includes a separate QR code specifically for VIP check-in. Please have this QR code ready to be scanned upon arrival to receive your VIP credentials and gain access to the clubhouse. Doors open at 3:00pm and food will be served starting at that time. Please wear your VIP lanyard at all times to access the VIP area throughout the day.
VIP UPGRADES: If you would like to upgrade your experience with access to The Paddock VIP, upgrades may be purchased in advance or on-site, subject to availability.
To purchase your upgrade in advance, email info@internationalcarweek.com and include your ticket ID in your message.
FOOD & BEVERAGE: A variety of food vendors will be set up throughout the event, serving delicious bites all day long - it’ll be hard to choose just one! You’ll also find bars offering signature cocktails and refreshing non-alcoholic beverages to keep you cool and satisfied.
SECURITY & INSURANCE: We will have on-site security Thursday evening through Saturday morning. Please be sure your insurance is in effect, as The Paddock Monterey, International Car Week, The City of Seaside and Bayonet Black Horse Golf Course take no responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur. All attendees enter the site and the event at their own risk.
CA VEHICLE CODE: California Vehicle Code Section 27315 requires all passengers in a vehicle to wear a seat belt. California Vehicle Code Section 27803 requires a safety helmet to be worn while riding a motorcycle. These sections will be enforced during The Paddock Monterey.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: are printed on the Display Vehicle Application that you acknowledged online.
CHILDREN: 13 and under are free when accompanied by a paying adult.
PETS: No animals are allowed, with the exception of service animals.
The Paddock Monterey, International Car Week, the City of Seaside and Bayonet Black Horse Golf Course are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
The Paddock and Concorso Italiano / Dual Registrations)All attendees enter the site and the event at their own risk. By entering the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded and grant The Paddock Montrey permission to use your image or likeness in promotional and marketing materials without compensation or further notes.
Friday Load-In (for The Paddock and Concorso Italiano / Dual Registrations):
Who this applied to: Display Vehicle owners for Concorso Italiano ONLY.
Time: 1:00pm to 2:30pm
Instructions:
Upon arrival, please line up in the designated marque queue lane.
Concorso Italiano Early Placement vehicles should enter the far-left queue lane, clearly marked with signage.
Be sure to print and display your Early Placement Dash Card before joining the line.
While you are in the queue, our team will scan your Display Vehicle QR Code and exchange it for your two (2) General Admission tickets for Saturday’s event.
Vehicles participating in The Paddock Monterey should line up in the right queue lanes, clearly marked The Paddock Display Vehicles.
Once checked in, our marque runners will guide you to your designated display area, either The Paddock Monterey field or your assigned marque field for Saturday’s Concorso Italiano.
Friday Load-In (for The Paddock and Concorso Italiano / Dual Registrations):
Who this applies to: Display Vehicles registered for BOTH The Paddock (Friday) & Concorso Italiano (Saturday).
Time: 8:00PM to 9:00pm
Instructions:
After The Paddock concludes at 8:00pm on Friday, event staff will direct you to your designated marque display field for Concorso Italiano.
Please have your Concorso Vehicle Display QR code ready to be scanned. Event staff will then exchange it for your two (2) General Admission tickets for Saturday’s event.
Once parked, your vehicle will remain in place overnight and be ready for Saturday’s event.
Please follow all instructions provided by event staff to ensure a smooth transition from Friday’s event to Saturday’s display.
TRANSPORTER & PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
Transporter Info:
Friday, August 14 from 1:00pm to 2:30pm
Off-load and parking location: Golf course main lot (McClure Way)
A parking attendant will direct you where to go.
Transporters will receive a Transporter Parking Permit, which must be displayed to access the designated transporter parking lot.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to ongoing construction, all vehicles will be routed via McClure Way to access the golf course parking fairways and the event display fields.
McClure Way will operate as a two-lane ingress route, so if you are transporting a display vehicle, we ask that you park in the designated transporter parking area until after 3:00pm. This will allow you to exit without interrupting incoming event traffic.

TRANSPORTER RESTRICTIONS:
No transporter access to event field:
Transporters are NOT allowed on the event field or past the parking lot.
This is due to the weight limitations; they are too heavy and too wide for the grass and cart paths.
