PLEASE NOTE:
Your ticket with a QR code used for entry should have arrived by email after purchasing your ticket.
Please either PRINT your ticket or SAVE in on your mobile device for quick entry at the gate.
If you did not receive your emailed tickets, or have misplaced them, please email us at info@internationalcarweek.com.
FOR LOAD-IN: Please have your QR Code (Ticket) ready to be scanned; either a printed version or a digital version on your mobile device is acceptable.
FOR LOAD-OUT: Load-out begins at 4:00 PM. For the safety of all attendees, display vehicles will not be permitted to leave the main event display area before 4:00 PM.
Please expect heavy traffic during the initial exit period. To help reduce congestion and enjoy a more relaxed departure, we recommend remaining on the display field until egress traffic has subsided.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
VIP CLUB: If you purchased a VIP Club Upgrade, you will enjoy all-day access to the VIP Club Pavilion with your VIP lanyard. Your VIP credentials will be available for pickup at the entrance to the VIP Club Pavilion. Your ticket includes a separate QR code specifically for VIP Club check-in. Please have this QR code ready to be scanned upon arrival to receive your VIP credentials and gain access to the Pavilion.
Breakfast: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Luncheon: 12:00 PM – 3:30 PM
Please wear your VIP lanyard at all times to access the pavilion throughout the day.
VIP & CHAIRMAN’S CLUB UPGRADES: If you would like to upgrade your experience with access to either the VIP Club or Chairman's Club, upgrades may be purchased in advance or on-site, subject to availability.
To purchase your upgrade in advance, email info@internationalcarweek.com and include your ticket ID in your message.
MARQUE HOSPITALITY: Complimentary coffee and light snacks will be available from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. After parking your vehicle on the display field, please check in at your designated hospitality canopy with your Display Vehicle QR Code. You will receive a hand stamp that allows re-entry to your hospitality area throughout the day.
FOOD & BEVERAGE: A variety of food vendors will be set up throughout the event, serving delicious bites all day long - it’ll be hard to choose just one! You’ll also find bars offering signature cocktails and refreshing non-alcoholic beverages to keep you cool and satisfied.
SECURITY & INSURANCE: We will have on-site security Thursday evening through Saturday morning. Please be sure your insurance is in effect, as Concorso Italiano, International Car Week, The City of Seaside and Bayonet Black Horse Golf Course take no responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur. All attendees enter the site and the event at their own risk.
CA VEHICLE CODE: California Vehicle Code Section 27315 requires all passengers in a vehicle to wear a seat belt. California Vehicle Code Section 27803 requires a safety helmet to be worn while riding a motorcycle. These sections will be enforced during Concorso Italiano.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: are printed on the Display Vehicle Application that you acknowledged online.
CHILDREN: 13 and under are free when accompanied by a paying adult.
PETS: No animals are allowed, with the exception of service animals.
Concorso Italiano, International Car Week, the City of Seaside and Bayonet Black Horse Golf Course are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
All attendees enter the site and the event at their own risk. By entering the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded and grant Concorso Italiano permission to use your image or likeness in promotional and marketing materials without compensation or further notes.

Saturday, Augst 15 from 5:00am – 6:00am
Off-load and parking location: Golf course main lot (McClure Way)
Drive vehicles onto field from 6:00am to 9:00am
Gates close at 9:00am sharp.
Transporters will receive a Transporter Parking Permit, which must be displayed to access the designated transporter parking lot.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to ongoing construction, all vehicles will be routed via McClure Way to access the golf course parking fairways and the event display fields.
McClure Way will operate as a two-lane ingress route, so if you are transporting a display vehicle, we ask that you either park in the designated transporter parking area until after 10:00am, or drop off your vehicle before 6:00am. This will allow you to exit without interrupting incoming event traffic.

TRANSPORTER RESTRICTIONS:
No transporter access to event field:
Transporters are NOT allowed on the event field or past the parking lot.
This is due to the weight limitations; they are too heavy and too wide for the grass and cart paths.
