Your ticket with a QR code used for entry should have arrived by email after purchasing your ticket.
Please either PRINT your ticket or SAVE in on your mobile device for quick entry at the gate.
If you did not receive your emailed tickets, or have misplaced them, please email us at info@internationalcarweek.com.

Please Note: Due to ongoing construction, all vehicles will be routed via McClure Way to access the golf course parking fairways. Please allow extra travel time and plan accordingly.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation as our staff works to guide you safely and efficiently into and out of the event.
FOOD & BEVERAGE: A variety of food vendors will be set up throughout the event, serving delicious bites all day long - it’ll be hard to choose just one! You’ll also find bars offering signature cocktails and refreshing non-alcoholic beverages to keep you cool and satisfied.
CHAIRMAN’S CLUB: With your Chairman's Club Upgrade, you will enjoy all-day access to the Chairman's Club with your Chairman's Club lanyard. Your credentials will be available for pickup at the Chairman's Club entrance, located in the golf course clubhouse. Your ticket includes a separate QR code specifically for Chairman’s Club check-in. Please have this QR code ready to be scanned upon arrival to receive your Chairman’s Club credentials and gain access to the clubhouse.
Breakfast: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM, served in the VIP Club Pavilion
Chairman's Club Food Stations: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Please wear your Chairman's Club lanyard at all times to access the Chairman's Club throughout the day.
CHILDREN: 13 and under are free when accompanied by a paying adult.
PETS: No animals are allowed, with the exception of service animals.
Concorso Italiano, International Car Week, the City of Seaside and Bayonet Black Horse Golf Course are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
All attendees enter the site and the event at their own risk. By entering the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded and grant Concorso Italiano permission to use your image or likeness in promotional and marketing materials without compensation or further notes.
