MATT STONE AND COLLEEN SHEEHAN TO CO-EMCEE CONCORSO ITALIANO 40TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION AT BAYONET BLACK HORSE SATURDAY, AUGUST 16, 2025.

Concorso Italiano is thrilled to announce the return of co-emcees Matt Stone and Colleen Sheehan to our Saturday, August 16, 2025, event, hosted by Bayonet Black Horse. “Car owners and show attendees absolutely love the dynamic duo of Matt and Colleen on the mic at our event. We received a lot of compliments and positive feedback about Matt and Colleen, we are thrilled they are returning and will be a mainstay at our event,” said event Chairman Tanya Kosta. The Stone-Sheehan duo will be the voices of Concorso Italiano throughout the event and lead the ever-popular afternoon awards ceremony during the Concorso Italiano 40th Anniversary celebration.

Matt Stone is a journalist, author of over a dozen books (with more on the way), former editor of Motor Trend Classic Magazine, and was a familiar voice for seven years on SPEED/Fox Sports’ Barrett-Jackson auction broadcast. He has been involved with Concorso Italiano since its beginnings as the Maserati Club picnic. “I was thrilled when invited to join Keith Martin as the “wingman” emcee some years ago and absolutely honored to take over the primary emcee role when Keith retired a few years back. I’ve emceed automotive events all over the world, and Concorso is one of my favorites, as every prizewinning entry that rolls up to the ramp gives us something interesting to talk about,” said Matt. “I’ve owned several Italian cars, known many famous Italian designers and carmakers, and love the whole genre very much. I’m enthused about the new ownership and management, and I look forward to many great days and years under the Tuscan sun in Seaside on the Monterey Peninsula.”

Colleen Sheehan’s journey into the world of classic cars began when she was just eleven years old, driving her 1930 BMW at Monterey Car Week. That early experience sparked a lifelong passion for vintage vehicles and led her to start Next Generation Classics, a dealership dedicated to preserving and celebrating iconic cars. Alongside running the dealership, she enjoys sharing her automotive adventures on social media, where she has become a popular Influencer, connecting with fellow car enthusiasts around the world. Colleen shares, “I’ve been attending Concorso Italiano since I was a little kid, and I’m thrilled to return as an emcee for the second year in a row. It’s an honor to bring my love for Italian classics and my lifelong connection to this event to the stage once again.”
